Leave a legacy

Where there's a Will, there's a way

Father and children Once you have looked after your friends and family, please think about leaving a legacy to Cancer Research UK.

Remember a loved one and make a difference

Leaving a gift in your Will to remember someone close to you is really simple. And we are on hand to offer any advice and support you may need.

More than a third of our work is funded by legacy donations. So your support really will make a difference to people facing cancer in the future.

We are leading the world in finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and we are committed to helping more and more people beat the disease.

Mr Juttla's story

Mr Juttla is one of a growing number of people who are planning to put a gift to Cancer Research UK in their Will.

Like many, he has lost loved ones to cancer. "Eight members of my family have died of this disease," he explains. "But it was after my wife, Baldev, died of ovarian cancer that I decided I would remember the charity in my Will.

The next time I update it, I am going to make sure I still have left enough for my son and daughter. The rest of my estate will go to Cancer Research UK."
